Civil Contracting
Our client is the Civil Contracting division of a leading South Australian company offering a diverse range of services for the Building and Construction industry in Australia.
The division which employs in excess of 45 people undertakes civil projects to around $5m including bulk earthworks, site works, concrete works, car parks, site remediation and other civil construction projects.
Due to sustained growth the company is seeking to appoint an additional Estimator to be based in their Adelaide Office.
You will be responsible for vetting contract documentation, taking off quantities from plans and specifications, preparing estimates and tenders for the company’s civil construction projects.
Applications are invited from computer literate estimators with proven experience in estimating a diverse range of civil construction projects and who have good communication and negotiation skills.
