Estimator/Project Manager
Commercial Construction
Our client is the Building Division of a leading South Australian company offering a diverse range of services for the Building and Construction industry in Australia.
The Division, undertakes new construct, extensions and refurbishments to around $3m in value, including schools, office buildings, office /warehouse complexes, industrial buildings and other commercial construction projects.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will be mainly responsible, through site based supervisory personnel, for the successful completion of assigned projects. The role also involves processing & pricing variation orders and assisting with estimating as required.
To be successful in this role you need to be computer literate, have proven experience in managing commercial projects to $3m, and have estimating and good communication and negotiating skills
The remuneration package, including vehicle on offer is aimed at attracting achievement oriented candidates.
