Senior Project Manager
Commercial Construction
Our client is a well known and highly regarded multi-disciplined national construction company. It undertakes medium to large construction projects for a diverse client base as well as its own developments. It has an enviable reputation for its project delivery capabilities, with timely completion, within budget and to clients’ satisfaction.
As a result of sustained growth the company is seeking an additional senior project manager to head a project team designated to undertake the larger projects undertaken by the company.
To be successful in this Adelaide based role you need to be computer literate, have tertiary qualifications in building disciplines and proven experience in managing commercial, industrial and institutional projects in excess of $50m including high rise developments.
Other key requirements are excellent communication and negotiation skills, with particular emphasis on effective contractor management.

Applications are invited from computer literate people with proven contract administration experience in the commercial/industrial construction sector on projects to at least $20m and who have good communication and negotiation skills.
Tertiary qualifications in building disciplines are desirable but not essential. Experience with the CHEOPS software package would be a distinct advantage.
