Project Manager
Commercial Construction
Our Client is a long established and highly respected South Australian Building company undertaking predominantly commercial and institutional projects to around $10m. The company has a loyal base of repeat clients for negotiated work and is a welcome participant in tenders on the open market.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible through site supervisory and other support personnel for the successful completion of assigned projects from tender acceptance to completion.
Duties of this position include: reviewing tender documents, planning and scheduling construction, contract administration and project management. The ability to assist with tender preparation, and tertiary qualifications in Building Disciplines would be advantageous.
We are seeking a computer literate project manager who has a proven record of successfully managing commercial projects to around $10m and who has good communication and negotiation skills. The remuneration and job satisfaction offered is aimed at attracting high calibre long term candidates.
