Project Manager
Commercial Construction
This position is with a national construction company based in their branch office in Adelaide. The company undertakes small to medium commercial projects either negotiated on a design and construct basis for many regular clients or won on the open tender market
Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible, with the assistance of a team of site supervisors and contract administrators, for ensuring that all assigned contracts are successfully completed in accordance with specifications and budget, time, quality and safety outcomes.
To be successful in this role you would need to be computer literate, have proven experience in managing a diverse range of commercial projects to around $5m, and have good communication and negotiation skills. Tertiary qualifications in building disciplines would be highly regarded.
An attractive remuneration package including vehicle or vehicle allowance is being offered for this key position.
