JMC Recruitment Consultants, an Adelaide based employment agency was formed in 1989 and specializes in recruiting for the Building and Infrastructure Construction and Management Industries in SA. Our success can be attributed to a specialist focus in one industry sector which enables us to have built up an extensive Data Base of Candidates, whose employment availability status is kept up to date. This specialization enables us to provide an efficient and cost effective recruitment service.
We use a tailor made software package which makes it easy to identify candidates in very specific professions and occupational categories. We are well known in the Industry in SA, with candidates often calling us first when they are seeking employment or a change in employment. Many companies call us first when they have positions to fill.
Whilst we enjoy the Lion’s share of placements in the Building & Construction Industry in SA we often have candidates who wish to relocate interstate, also clients who wish to fill positions in their interstate Branches. In addition we often have to source candidates from interstate when we wish to cast a wider net and/or when they are not available in the SA market.
It is for this reason that we wish to have Associates in other states. The aim is to cooperate in filling interstate vacancies for clients and sourcing candidates from interstate. The “Associates” would work independently in each state under their own Business Name, but agree, when requested, and if convenient, to assist in helping to fill each others vacancies, and, if an appointment is made share the appointment fee.
The benefit to us (and the Associates) would be that in addition to providing a specialized recruitment service in our own state, we can utilize the services of Associates in other states and be able to offer a National Recruitment Service.
Expressions of interest in becoming an Associate are invited from existing recruitment consultants who either specialize in recruiting for the Building and Construction Industry in their state(s), with the exception of SA, or placements in that industry are a significant part of their business.
We are also prepared to (for a fee) train, provide software, documentation, systems and procedures and mentor suitable people who wish to become self employed recruitment consultants in the Building and Construction Industry. Previous experience in this industry is not essential.
