Project Manager
Commercial Construction
Our client, a national construction company with offices in the major states, will build a $10m multi level car parking station in Darwin and requires a project manager to run this project with the assistance of supervisory and other support personnel.
Duties include but are not limited to; vetting contract documentation, planning & scheduling construction, project management and contract administration.
To be successful in this role you need to be computer literate, have proven site/project management experience on commercial projects to at least $5m, preferably including concrete structures and have good communication and negotiation skills. Tertiary qualifications in building disciplines will be highly regarded.
As it is anticipated that the company will have a growing and long term presence in the NT, you will have a ground floor opportunity to make and impact on, and enjoy the fruits of the expected growth
