Our client is a long established and highly respected South Australian Building Company undertaking predominantly commercial construction projects to around $10m in value.
The company has a loyal base of repeat clients for negotiated work and is a welcome participant in tenders on the open market. It also has a philosophy of creating a work environment which is conducive to job satisfaction and a realistic work/life balance.
As the principal estimator you will be responsible for preparing tenders, including taking off quantities from plans and specifications, preparing final cost estimates and assisting with contract administration.
You must be computer literate and have proven experience in estimating a diverse range of building projects to at least $5m in value.
