Operations Manager
Civil Construction
Our client has established a secure foothold in Adelaide’s civil construction sector undertaking a diverse range of small to medium civil construction and earthworks projects.
Reporting to the group Managing Director you will be responsible through a team of subordinate staff for the profitability and continued growth of the company.
In addition to general management duties covering all disciplines you will be required to assist with the management of the larger projects and business development.
To be successful in this role you will need to be computer literate, have proven experience at a senior level in the civil construction industry and have good communication, negotiation and people management skills
This role would suit an existing operations or general manager who is looking for a change or an experienced project manager who feels he/she can progress to operations/general manager level
Our client is prepared to pay a very attractive remuneration package in order to secure the services of an achievement oriented candidate.
