Our client is a leading Adelaide based Civil Engineering Contractor undertaking a diverse range of civil construction projects
Through a planned strategy for expansion the company is undertaking a broader and larger range of projects. This has been facilitated through enhanced marketing activity and project delivery capability. This sustained growth has created a need to fill this position in their Adelaide office.
As Construction Manager you will be responsible, through sub ordinate project managers, project engineers, site managers and contract administrators for the construction activities of the company as well as assisting with hands on project management on major projects.
This is a unique opportunity for suitably experienced and qualified person to join this successful and progressive company during a significant growth phase.
You must have a proven record of managing a diverse range of medium to large civil construction projects, be tertiary qualified in civil construction or similar, as well as good communication, negotiation and people management skills.
This position would suit a project manager who wishes to advance or an existing construction manager seeking new challenges and project diversity
