G.J Gardner Homes which operates in five countries and in every Australian State has been successfully constructing custom built homes for 25 years.

The company which operates under a proven franchise model has enjoyed sustained growth and now constructs an impressive 2700 homes each year

Based in the State Office in Adelaide you will service the needs of the franchisees in this state and also provide assistance to the Western Australian State Office.

You will be responsible for providing support to the existing franchisees in regard to estimating, administration, systems and procedures as used by the company. You will also be required to train new franchisees in these matters as they come on board

Ideally you will be computer literate and have a background in estimating in the residential construction sector with strong knowledge of systems software associated with this type of business.

At the onset of your employment you will be fully trained in the company’s systems and procedures, therefore you need to be able to grasp and adapt to new and innovative methods and have the interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train and mentor others. Some intra and interstate travel is involved.

An attractive remuneration package dependant on qualification and experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
