Senior Estimator
Commercial Construction
Our client, an Adelaide based and highly regarded builder, is involved in several million dollar projects including the construction of individually designed, up market homes, medium density housing and small to medium commercial construction projects.
A vacancy now exists for a consummate construction professional to enjoy long term tenure and to apply his or her highly developed skills in estimating, tendering and administration to enhance the already impressive performance of this most illustrious company.
Duties of this diverse role involve construction scheduling, estimating, sub contractor and supplier negotiations, tendering, contract administration and liaising with site Supervisors, Project Managers, Architects and upper management.
Applications are invited from very computer literate, experienced estimator/administrators capable of estimating and tendering small, medium and large commercial projects. You will have worked with estimating software programs and have a strong understanding of MS excel and MS excel based software.
You will have a proven track record in estimating and have an intimate knowledge of design and construction techniques. You will handle tenders through to contract signing, have worked on State Government and private works and worked with projects ranging from $1.0M to $25.0M.
