Estimator/Project Manager

Our client, a major sub contractor to the commercial, civil and resources construction sectors, are expanding their operations and will be undertaking their own commercial development projects as well as negotiated and tendered contracts.
There is an opportunity for a multi skilled person to join a long established organisation in this ground floor opportunity.
You will be responsible for pre contract negotiations, design management, estimating, contract administration, and project management through site based supervisory personnel
The range of projects undertaken would be office warehouse complexes, industrial buildings and other commercial projects initially to around $5m in value.
An excellent remuneration package depending on qualifications and experience is being offered for this interesting position.
