John Marvanek - Principal
John has a Bachelor of Business in Personnel and Industrial Relations plus
specialist training in industrial chemistry, human resource management and organisational
development.
After a career in research and manufacturing as an industrial chemist, John
held various operational and financial administration roles in the transport
industry.
In the 70s he delivered training and development in two large government construction departments
before becoming Group Training and Development Manager for an association
of nine building companies. Here he provided consultancy services in recruitment,
training and organisational development.
John established JMC Recruitment Consultants in 1989 and has since built it
into a successful operation with over 4,500 database candidates and 80 loyal clients.
